Dr. Jeffrey Blake specializes in obstetrics and gynecology and has been serving the Anderson, Indiana area since 1992. Jeff received his medical degree from Indiana University and completed his Obstetrical and Gynecology speciality internship and residency at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Blake is one of only a few physicians in Indiana who provides cutting edge procedures like laparoscopic hysterectomy for uterine problems, InterStim for urinary incontinence and advanced pelvic floor repair procedures. Marilyn E. Frazier-Hartwell
Marilyn Frazier-Hartwell is an adult nurse practitioner with 20 years’ experience in women’s health; 16 of these with the practice of Dr. Blake. Marilyn attended Indiana University for her R.N. and practiced many years before returning to school to graduate from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Master of Science degree. She received her license as a Nurse Practitioner in 2001 and specializes in routine health screenings, annual exams, and dietary consultations. read more
